Are your products safe for babies?

Yes, some of our products are specifically formulated and approved for children. Our Talow and Shea&Mango butters are also safe for babies/children We even have a 1-year-old product tester!

 

I have sensitive skin are these ok?

Yes, we have special formulations designed to help with sensitive skin and to reduce the likelihood of rashes.

 

Do you use essential oil fragrances in every product?

No, we don't. Sometimes your skin needs nourishment more than it needs the extra added scent from essential oils in a skincare product.

 

What makes your products special?

All our products are individually handcrafted in small batches giving us an advantage over quality control so each jar has the dedication and love it needs to be top quality for our customers

 

What is your return policy?

If you need to return an item please contact us on info@gothicskinrituals.co.nz and we will work with you to fix the issue. Our customers are like family and we want to keep it that way.

Shipping Information:

We ship NZ wide 3-5 Business Days.

Shipping ranges from $9 North Island, $11 South Island, $15 Rural shipping.

 FREE shipping on Urban address over $100 and Rural address over $120.

We now ship to Australia 🦘 

Shipping starts at $26 tracked 3-10 business days depending on how much your order weighs. If it comes to more then you will be invoiced for the balance
